These Terms & Agreement (the "Terms") form a binding agreement between you and the Defending Family Values Foundation, Inc. ("DFVF", "we", "us") governing your access to and use of The Good Harvest Knowledge Grid (the "Platform"). The Platform is provided and maintained on DFVF's behalf by Morph Tech Inc.

1. Acceptance of These Terms

By creating an account, ticking the agreement box at sign-up, or otherwise using the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Definitions

3. Eligibility & Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old (or have the consent and supervision of a parent or guardian) to create an account. You agree to provide accurate information, to keep your password confidential, and to be responsible for all activity under your account. One account is for one person; accounts may not be shared. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

4. Your Responsibilities

5. Courses, Resources & Live Trainings

We offer (a) self-paced Courses, (b) downloadable Resources, and (c) live Trainings consisting of one or more scheduled sessions delivered over video conference. For Trainings, a single purchase of a class enrolls you in all of that class's scheduled sessions. Session dates, times, and content may change; we will make reasonable efforts to notify enrolled participants of material changes. We may add, modify, reschedule, or withdraw offerings at our discretion.

6. Purchases & Payments

Prices are shown in Philippine Pesos (₱) and may change over time. Payments are processed securely by PayMongo; by purchasing, you also agree to PayMongo's terms. Your access to paid Content begins once payment is confirmed. You are responsible for any taxes that may apply. We do not store your full card details.

7. Access Codes & Group Seats

You may buy a single seat for yourself, or buy multiple seats ("group" or "bulk" purchase). For group purchases, you receive one Access Code per seat, which you may distribute (by email or by sharing the code) to the people you wish to enroll. Each Access Code:

You are responsible for distributing codes only to intended recipients. We are not liable for codes shared with or used by unintended persons.

8. Live Sessions & Video Conferencing

Live Trainings are held over third-party video conferencing (e.g., Zoom). To join, you need a compatible device and internet connection. Zoom links are provided only to enrolled participants and must not be shared. Sessions may be recorded for the benefit of enrolled participants; by attending, you consent to such recording. Please conduct yourself respectfully; we may remove disruptive participants without refund.

9. Refunds & Cancellations

Because Content is delivered digitally and access is granted immediately, all sales are generally final. If we cancel a Training before it begins, enrolled participants will be offered a rescheduled session or a refund of that purchase. Requests for refunds in exceptional circumstances (e.g., duplicate charges, technical failure on our side preventing access) will be reviewed in good faith. Contact us within 7 days of purchase to raise an issue.

10. Donations ("Take a Byte")

Donations made through "Take a Byte" support DFVF's mission and programs. Donations are voluntary, are non-refundable, and may be applied at the Foundation's reasonable discretion toward its charitable purposes, including any program you designate where practicable.

11. Intellectual Property

All Content on the Platform is owned by DFVF, its curriculum makers, or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. When you purchase or enroll, you receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the Content for your own learning. You may not copy, record, redistribute, resell, publicly display, or create derivative works from the Content without our written permission.

12. Your Content

If you submit testimonials, messages, or other materials, you confirm you have the right to do so, and you grant DFVF a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and reproduce that material in connection with the Platform and its mission. Testimonials may be reviewed before publication and may be edited for length or clarity or declined. Do not submit content that is unlawful, defamatory, infringing, or offensive.

13. Prohibited Conduct

14. Third-Party Services

The Platform relies on third-party services (including Supabase, Vercel, PayMongo, Resend, and Zoom) and may link to third-party sites. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third parties, and your use of those services is governed by their own terms.

15. Disclaimers

The Platform and Content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability. Educational and faith-formation Content is provided for general formation and information and is not professional, legal, medical, or financial advice.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DFVF and Morph Tech Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Platform. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid to us for the specific Content giving rise to the claim in the 12 months preceding it.

17. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DFVF and Morph Tech Inc. from claims, damages, and expenses arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Platform.

18. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms or misuse the Platform. You may stop using the Platform and request account deletion at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (e.g., intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability) will continue to apply.

19. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The courts of the Philippines shall have jurisdiction over any dispute, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have. We encourage you to contact us first so we can try to resolve any concern amicably.

20. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will revise the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Your continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
